Where do you pick up?
All Changi Airport terminals (T1 to T4), Seletar Airport, hotels, homes, offices and the cruise terminals at Marina Bay and HarbourFront. We also drive to Johor Bahru on request.
How do I pay?
Personal bookings are paid to the driver at the end of the trip. Company accounts receive one monthly invoice. Prices are fixed, with no surge pricing.
How long will the driver wait?
At the airport the waiting time is free for 60 minutes, and we track your flight, so a delay is no problem. At other pickups the driver waits 15 minutes free of charge.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel free of charge in the app up to 24 hours before pickup, or message us on WhatsApp.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, on request. Tell us the number and ages of the children when you book.
How much luggage fits?
A sedan takes up to 2 large bags, a premium MPV up to 4. For more luggage choose a van or minibus; every car shows its luggage space when you book.
Can I change the tour?
Yes. Our licensed guides plan private tours around you: heritage, food, Marina Bay, shopping or a mix.
How big a group can you move?
Our largest vehicles take up to 40 passengers, and we combine cars and coaches for events and conferences.
